About Me

My name is Amber, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Women's Fitness Specialist, and a Weight-loss Specialist with a degree in Science from UVU. I founded Body+ to change the way we think of fitness... to heal unhealthy food habits and find enjoyment in being healthy, strong and confident. Fitness is my passion and helping people is my purpose. For the last several years I have combined the two. I have taught group fitness, provided nutrition coaching, personal training sessions - both virtually and in-person and created the Body+ App with a Weekly Workouts Membership.

I am married to the most amazing man, who supports me in my dreams.  We currently live in Utah and love the outdoors.

 

What I share and teach is my method of training, which combines HIIT and weights to really provide functional strength to support life and the passions that give our life purpose. I hope you enjoy my training style but if at anytime you feel unsatisfied, you are free to cancel. Let's get sweating!
